Hi Lions
To the best of my knowledge the XP SP1 Firewall, which is called Internet Connection Firewall has no settings. I believe it is just either on or off. You should , at the least upgrade to SP2 which has Windows Firewall which only blocks incoming but does a lot more than the ICF does. Just for the added security patch wise, you should also upgrade to SP2. There are also a number of free firewalls available.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
