Setup a VPN with Netgear DG384 box

Apr 17, 2009 3:49PM PDT

Hi
I am trying to allow our staff to use their laptops (running XP home, Vista home premium/business etc) from home over internet to our Windows XP Pro file server (network drive). We have Netgear DG384 broadband modem router in the office edge. It is our firewall too.
We would like to use the windows native microsoft VPN server (on XP Pro at office) and VPN client (on XP/Vista remote laptops).

Can anyone guide me how I can configure (VPN passthrough) on Netgear box?
And how to configure VPN server and client on above noted platforms using native software?

Please help!
