Settings to run PC games in HDR on LG OLED B7

I'm having a shitload of confusion with this. I loaded up a game on my PC to play in HDR today. I turned on HDR in the Windows 10 colour settings. But then I found colour settings in the NVIDIA control panel for my graphics card. It was set to "default colour settings" initially, but had options for RGB limited/full, and 8-bit, 10-bit etc.. So my question is, I do I need to change the setting to Ycbcr 422 with 10-bit colour, or can I leave it to "default colour settings" and the OLED and Windows will automatically switch to 10-bit for me?

This **** is a mess! Thanks in advance for any help legends
