Settings Needed: Sharp Aquos Quattron LC-46LE820UN

Was looking for any and all settings that could help me calibrate this TV. I have went through all of the pre-configured settings in this TV and don't seem to find one that works excellent. I know this TV has the potential to really kick butt. I'm surprised that there is not a review from CNET for the Quattron LED tv's. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
