Settings Needed: Samsung UN40EH5300

Hey guys, I just recently bought this TV, this is my first HDTV, my last was a 2002 Sony flat screen :S, I was long overdue. So I'm kinda new to the whole HDTV scene, just wanted to know the best settings for my movie viewing experience. So can someone please help me out?
