I used Underworld: Rise of the Lycans and Superbad Blu-rays played through PS3 with HDMI connection. I mainly watch TV in the evening with BR lights on. Room is lit but not bright. Here are the settings that got me amazing image quality for this set.
Expert 1
Backlight: 20
Contrast: 90
Brightness: 64
H Sharpness: 44
V Sharpness: 34
Color: 62
Tint: G3
Dynamic contrast: Off
Noise reduction: Off
Gamma: Medium
Black level: Low
Real Cinema: On
White balance: Warm
Should get you close. Also if you know what your looking for the Picture Wizard function gets you very close as well.
