Setting up speakers to computer

I'm thinking of buying the Monoprice MBS-650 speakers (good sound at $32) for my room, but I'm not quite sure how to set them up. The speaker wire connectors can accept wires up to 16-guage thick, and I think they need an amp too.

My question is: Is there an amp that I can plug the speakers in then use my computer's bluetooth to connect to the amp? Also are the only things I need the 16-gauge cable and an amp? I'm trying to look for a budget.

Bluetooth? Many complain of the quality loss.

So while you save a bit on the speakers, you now have to solve other issues.
