Setting permissions on two homegroup computers

I have one computer running Windows 7 and one running Windows 10,,,. I want to be able to delete files from my Windows 10 computer but everytime I try the Windows 10 computer says I need permission from the Windows 7 computer,,,. Please help me solve this issue, Thanks

Probably need to use a remote control app.

Try VNC or such. The days of sharing the C drive with complete control over a network share are over. This upsets some but it had to get fixed.
