Setting Home Page in IE6

Jul 27, 2005 5:23AM PDT

Hi..

I've a peculiar problem. I'm not able to set home page to the page I wish. Not even to the "Use Blank" option. Everytime I set my homepage by Tools->Internet Options->General->Use Blank, or any other site...it automatically changes to the following link.
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome
I'm using a P4 with Windows XP. Plz.....help me.

Thanks in advance.

Problem still persists in IE6
Jul 29, 2005 3:35AM PDT

hey....

Yes....after setting the desired home page, I left clicked apply and then clicked on OK. But it doesn't seem to work. If I go back and check immediately after clicking OK, the home page changes to :
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome

I guess I've this problem since when I installed the MSN toolbar. Now I've uninstalled the toolbar. But even then..I'm not able to set my home page to the desired one. Plz........help.

Thanks in advance.
