Did you get to fill-in your info upon starting the install process? If not and tend to go immediately when the Netzero is started, it may not have you listed to connect and sometimes that conection actually can take awhile. Part of the install process if in US, you must add "telephony" info. In other words contect using the 10-digit number to access. Do that under the telephony icon under control panel AND when installing Netzero's setup to use 10-digit calling. If this is your first time calling, then more likely you didn't setup properly, you have tell Netzero, you areacode, etc. proceed. If you already have been a Nerzero user and such, you may have already exceeded your free 10-hr. limit and it won't proceed, you're done depending on the free service in your area. Netzero, does have a simple FAQ to review at thier website provided you can access it, plus review your status, you still need email/username to enter that area of it.
