Service Literature for Miracle Monitor Model M0935 (MT-209A)

I am responsible for repairing over 1000 of these monitors but unable to find any schematics. Most of these units have the same issue of vertical deflection (picture is only 1 inch high in middle of screen). I have replaced all caps in vertical circuit but no change.

Yes, I also noted the phone number but a call to them only resulted in their reply that they would be happly to repair the units at a standard fee but they will not release any service litature. Thus this avenue is a dead end.
