Question

Servers

Sep 17, 2015 4:09PM PDT

Hi!

Looking to create a server between three systems and a printer, available to internet (and printer) by all and phones, etc.

What's the market look like and price, for a home office?

Thanks!

What would these servers do? And given how mean folk are today, why make them available to the internet?

Server Needed

The purpose is to allow phone calls and internet access, as most people do, from each computer with one connection.

Also, to have the server use the same printers, scanner and plotter.

There are 48 terabytes available, which need to be connected to the six computers, two on Windows 10 and four on Windows 7.

Phones and two additional tablets are synchronized in, as well.

This is a home office for doing engineering projects for work at home and commercial art projects. (A talented couple.)

Hope this provides enough data...

Thanks!
