The only clue I suspect is that someone installed Norton and its email protection. The server name would be incorrect for retrieving email.
I'm surprised MSN techs didn't pick up on that. Also, the other errors point to internet connection problems. Your ISP will have to help since there aren't enough clues in your post. Best of luck with them.
Whenever I attempt to get my email I receive a message - "the server reported an internal error". MSN tech's have been unable to help.
this is all the info I know:
Host Name: COMPUTER.myhome.westell.com
DNS Server 0 192.168.1.1 - This is the IP address of the server which provides domain name resolution.
Status prob DNS Server 0 192.168.1.1: Could not contact 192.168.1.1
IP Routing Enabled NO - This means your computer is not configured to route data between two networks.
Primary WINS Server - This is the IP address of your Windows Internet Name Service Server that translates between IP address and domain names.
Secondary WINS Server - This is the IP address of your Windows Internet Name Service Server that translates between IP address and domain names.
