Server error

For over a month i was able to watch movies from a particular website via web browser. Just lately i am now unable to streamline the movies aĺthough i can still the open said website. It is now saying server error. What will i do? How will i delete apps that maybe running in the background?

And I've contacting that server's web master. I would not contact my TV or PC maker.
