Separate Mail Folders

Apr 11, 2005 8:00PM PDT

How do I use a single EMail client for accessing multiple accounts and keep them independent in the computer?

I've been using Eudora to access multiple accounts and each account material (In box, Out box, trash, etc) are maintained in separate folders in the PC and in locations of my choice. I may also mention that there is only ONE installation of Eudora even though the data folders are many.

I want to do the same using the Email client of Netscape or Thunderbird. Is this possible?

Thanks.

Hi, please ask this question in the Communications & messaging forum as you are much more likely to get a good answer from there. It is possible in Outlook, but I have not tried Eudora or Mozilla's programs.

Why not use Eudora?

It works for you, so keep going.

Yes, it does.

Yes Bob. I'm using Eudora and YahooPoPs for accessing the mail from various PoP servers and Yahoo. It works fine.

I just noticed that Thunderbird / Netscape mail accesses Yahoo very much faster.

I just got an idea of migrating!
