In other words they did something which they are calling an accident. Folk do not master what these smart phones do so sure, they can make mistakes and do that. So in this case it's the old "mistake = accident."
Finally, if you send such things, then it's out of your control what happens next. Best to never send what you don't want in the wild.

I just had this happen where I had a sensitive voicemail sent back to me as an audio file in a text message. The person said it happened by accident. However, I'm having trouble believing that to be true, since it seems like it takes multiple steps to send a voicemail back to someone this way.
