Question

Sent messages do not appear in "Sent" folder

Jul 26, 2012 2:29AM PDT

I have a question about Windows Live Mail 2011 version.
I know that an email has been sent from my account, and yet it does not appear in the 'Sent items' folder.
I have checked the "View" and "filter messages" option. nothing is configured.
This only happens with one particular email recipient.
All other emails get allocated in to the "Sent Items' folder as one would expect.

Any ideas? These particular emails are of a high importance, and i need to keep a record of them.

Many thanks for any help you can give.

Hello,

yes, the items you specified were set as you asked. So perhaps I will raise this same question in the correct forum.
Thank you.

Sorry it wasn't that.

I rarely find any good support for Windows Live here. Not many of the moderators use it. Here I'm on the office's choice and others tend to nod to Thunderbird.
