sending message re CNet's Windows XP site

Whenever I try to send a message on CNet's Windows XP site I get a message that says "This Page Cannot Be found". What is wrong? Thank you.

The ability to submit posts at all was lost last night, and while the engineers have been working on it there are still problems occurring throughout the forums, mostly resulting in the Cnet 'page not found' error. Just try back later, but before you do look at the list of forum submissions and see if your post actually went through.

These keep popping up "We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found.". These occur when submitting replies to post most often and occasionally when navigating within the forums. This problem began around 4:00PM Eastern time, US. You need not respond.
