I also have win98se and Outlook Express 6. I open the mail file, click on Create Mail and type in the Email address. If I want to use stationery I click Message (new using} or to put a picture on the mail I click on insert and choose browse for a picture. You can also choose to insert a file or whatever.
I have the names in my address book and only have to type in the name to get the email address.

With a checkmark in "send pictures with e mail" under tools, options, send, when I put a gif file in the message body it gets sent as an attachment. I have tried all possible combinations of the settings in "mail sending format" and this always occurs, all help will be appreciated, thank you.
