Sending emails

fore some time I have been unable to sent emails from my iPad or indeed reply to incomming emails, can anybody suggest a reason for this all I get is the message that it has been placed in my out box, I get the same result when I use the sim card as with my normal ISP and they were no I help either

Delete your existing email account and create

a new one from scratch.

Sounds like there is either a incorrect email setting or you are not connected to the internet.

Do you have the Wireless & Cell version of the iPad or just the Wireless one?

most likely settings, but I have tried everything, it first happened when I could not return or send emails from from other routers i.e. my sisters or others then it started from my own I will try deleting my address and reinstalling
