Sending by email a movie made with my new camera

by stuartpw / February 28, 2009 12:16 AM PST

I just got a digital camera that lets me make movies. I want to email a movie but I'm not able to load it as an attachment. I suppose it is too big. I've tried to make it smaller but I do not have any professional software, so I tried with a free one, called "super" http://www.pcdelicious.com/download/SUPER.htm but the quality is not satisfying, although I tried many formats.
Can you help me with the best settings to choose or with a way to send my movie?

Most email services have a file size limit, which makes emailing large files just about impossible.

I suggest you investigate "file sharing".
With those, you post a large file (i.e. a video file) and then permit selected person(s) to access the file.

Here is a link from a Google search for
file sharing and storage

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=file+sharing+and+storage&btnG=Search

You will find many such sites.
Some are free and some are for profit.
