After doing a clean reinstall of Office 2011 the Send and Receive toolbar button does nothing when clicked. Performing a manual send and receive of the email account does not work either.
Note: I am able to receive all mail through browser WebMail.
I've re-checked all account settings to ensure all settings are correct—they are.
I have recreated and reset my Outlook identities several times with no success. I also rebuilt the Microsoft Database several times. As a last resort, I performed a clean install of the entire Office package-twice. None of these attempts were successful.
