Are there any 3.5" HDD external enclosures that are powered by USB 2.0 or PS?

I have never seen a 3.5" USB powered drive. But there are a bazillion enclosures with AC power.

I've been looking for the exact same type of thing. I just ordered a Back-Up Q enclosure, and it seems that it includes a cable that taps power from the ps/2 port to the device. Refer to the link below for more info:

Bad news is that I can't seem to locate the actual manufacturer's website for more detailed info.
I was just trying to find out more about a Back-Up Q device myself when I stumbled upon your posting, and a few minutes later got the manufacturer site:

There's actually LESS information on the manufacturer site about enclosures than on third party retailers', but they do have engineers who end-users are, it seems, encouraged to contact. I guess they'll end up having a higher profile in the future as their stuff is so damn cheap.
