Let's use all stock everything and no PC in the loop.
If it fails then we're back to Samsung (there is a CNET Samsung Forum) to report the bug.
Sadly if it's an Android bug then Samsung rarely can do anything about it. I've asked folk what they feel about that. Such as -> Do you expect a machine's maker to be able to correct operating system bugs?

Hello everyone,
I have surprisingly been encountering a certain uncomfortable misbehaviour with my Samsung Galaxy SII device.
Not to talk too much about it, I have recorded a video of the issue:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtVSq5OSFEQ
As you can see, the "Select input method" window seems to "crash" everytime I open it, and I always have to do the long trip to the settings to switch to the desirable input method.
And since I switch keyboards quite often, it's irritating.
Maybe some of you will ask me what I did before this started to happen, but I don't really know, so maybe I'll sort it out with your help. However, this bug is not:
-Because of the app in the video, the app used is a random choice.
-Because of a recent system update.
It runs the default 4.1.2 Android ROM.
Thanks for your future assistance,
Adnan.
PS: Just if you're baffled that there's no keyboard in the video, I was using my computer's keyboard as a wireless keyboard.
