Obviously, screwing the country. Just that....

Of course not.

But I don't see the point in revisiting this discussion AGAIN!!! There still is no proof to support your claim.

In most democracies one is guilty until proven innocent.

That is why our founders insisted on guaranteeing a Republican Democracy.

Are we all guilty in a modern democracy?

"In most democracies one is guilty until proven innocent." - Edward O'Daniel

Could you back up that statement? If that was the case, in most democracies people would walk around being guilty and could practically be arrested at any time...

Sure can--The former DDR and the DPRK...

or Democratic People's Republic of Korea

Is that what you call backing up?

I didn't know that you considered those countries democracies. In another thread you claim that the Accusation has to proof the guilt for somebody to be guilty. And here you say that MOST democracies (among which you include two nations that lack of democracy IMO at least) the case is the other way around...
BTW, can you please back up that both DDR and DPRK went/go by what you say "Guilty until proven innocent"?

Re:maybe enough of the b/s already.....

let me help you through this charley....

if you ask your accountant "is it ok to buy GM stock?" he does his job, he checks, he asks, he advises, you buy a LOT of GM stock....

when GM stock tumbles, you don't accuse your accountant of lying, you tell him that his advice sucks, you take a deep breath, apologise to your family and carry on (you also fire your accountant and get another one)....

if you incessantly whine to all corners of the globe that your accountant is a liar, you very fast become a PITB!
