Seeking Recos for a microphone

I'm using Camtasia software and Vista O/S....I have some tinny microphones that aren't working with Vista. Does anybody have a brand that they use to recommend?

I'm not a recording artist or anything like that. But I prefer a USB microphone that can sit comfortable on my head, or on the desktop.
