seeing mac photos on windows internet explorer email

my sisters have macs. i have windows. i can never get their pictures to show up on my computer. i am using a web based email system. usually when i have a problem like that i can click on the html version and i can see what i was missing. but with them i never get that option nor do their pictures come across as being an attachment. what should we be doing differently. i have no problems seeing attached pictures from anyone else. thanks

Try other Web based email systems.

Try Gmail, Yahoo email. You can bet hotmail would have an issue.
