Question

'See more results' link at the bottom of the facebook

Oct 9, 2014 12:24AM PDT

seach page is not working.
Whenever I search a people on facebook with desktop computer, it shows a dropdown result. At the bottom of the result there is possibility to click on see more results, when I click on 'see more results', it doesn't even load any search results , just a blank facebook page. I try browse such as: explorer 10, firefox and chrom. The result did not change. also I try from another computer in the house. And the same result.
What can I do more to solve that when I click on 'see more result' I will get list of result and not a blank page.
Another conclusion when I search with mobile phone the result is more more wide from the desktop computer.
Thanks in advance

aoded..

I should begin by saying, I know next to nothing about Facebook. Hopefully one of our members or moderators will be able to help. What I found is only a "stab in the dark".

Without knowing if this is your first time using the search feature, or if it suddenly stopped working, makes it a little more difficult to find an appropriate answer. Have a look at "Search Basics" at the Facebook Desktop Help Center section. From there click on "How do I filter results.." Did you try clicking "search filters" on the left?

IF you're unable to find an answer here, or at one of the other forums you posted at, I would suggest asking your question at the Facebook Community Forum.

Best of luck..

I found where other's had similar complaints as yours. I also found where some thought it was a bug in their software. Confused

You have gotten a lot of good responses at the other forum you posted at. Since I know little about Facebook, I would suggest following up with them. They seem headed in right direction.

Just to be sure you didn't pick up an unwanted visitor, you might want to try following Grif's set of instructions:

I don't know what else to tell you. Sad
