...there is no Security Bulletin issued yet, and Flash has not been updated yet for embedded versions in Edge and Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1 and 10. Internet Explorer in Windows XP and 7 does require the newest 27.0.0.159 version to be current and is available in the links below. I'll guess there will be a new security bulletin and new version for Windows 8.1/10 Edge and Internet Explorer coming soon. The current versions of Flash are indicated in the chart below:
