Security tools for small business

Searching recommendations for extra security for small business. I don't need an IT guy, I just one few security tools to protect my business from hackers and data leakage. I search info about VPN, password manager and CRM. Saw good reviews about Keeper, NordVPN Teams and Zoho. If you used any of these, pleace leave reviews.
