security error code kb928366 and kb928365

i have these 2 updates that will not up date i cant find them anywhere on my computer and thay are not in add and remove list and thay will not update and everyday i turn the computer on thay come up to say you have updates ready for download so click ok and thay download and then when its fiished it says unsuccesfull download and this goes on everyday i have been to microsft asked for help to no avail asked on another website to no avail so i am asking on here if anyone can help or advise please i looked them up on microsft and i think thay are for a languich arabic not sure though you no you get sent on a wild goose chase and i dont no how to stop the updates coming in my system tray thanks for your help
