Also, all the folk I know would decline as this would reveal MY ANSWERS. If it's a survey, it's been accepted to date that the answers can't be traced to those that answered the survey.
This borders on what we might see in a job application. I fear that your survey responders may opt out due to the fact you can tie them to their answers.
I am wondering if there is a program, service, etc. that will allow me to collect survey responses from only those I wish to contact. Ideally I would like to send a request for the end user to answer several questions but not a Survey Monkey blast. I would like to have a secure log in for each individual that is anonymous to all except me.
Any ideas?
