Try the usual ways to get the latest driver.
https://www.howtogeek.com/233115/the-only-way-to-safely-update-your-hardware-drivers-on-windows/ notes it.
1. Try Windows Update for the driver.
2. Hit Intel.com for the driver.
3. Try HP.com for the driver they have at their site.
Recently bought a new desktop to replace my old Windows XP system that was really slow. New HP590 has 2 monitor ports - a VGA and an HDMI. Has an Intel Graphics chipset. Second monitor attached to HDMI. Every time system goes to sleep, whatever was on the second monitor gets moved to the primary and usually, the second monitor won't wake up automatically. I get "no signal". It might come back with a right mouse click over the dark screen, maybe if I go into settings and play with the monitor settings, but always by turning monitor off and back on. HP did a BIOS update and I've downloaded the latest drivers from the Intel site. Can't find a setting that seems to work. Monitor is fine when it's on.
Any ideas anyone? No one is admitting it's their problem.
