Searching for Good Wireless Headset

My boss is constantly on her cell phone for conference calls and people have a hard time hearing her. All the blue tooth headsets she's tried pickup all the noise around her and it's hard for people to hear her. She can be in her call with all the windows rolled up and they can still hear the traffic outside the vehicle. - She has a Blackberry 7100i.

I researched the Discovery 655 AND 665 Bluetooth Headsets because they are supposed to have AudioIQ, but all the reviews I've read say they are not very good.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
