Use any USB-port on the back of your PC (or any on your laptop, if it is a laptop). Those are connected to the motherboard.

Thanx for replying. Well, tried every "port"(6) on back of Dell Optiplex 9020. With Kingston program open I got "No Device Is Found". Hmmm??? Well, one of 2 things #1. Not the right program #2 Problems with PC. Back to the drawing board.
