Unreal Engine (Video game design and programming)
Photoshop
Little Video Editing
Zbrush for modeling
After navigating stores and stores my Options are narrowed to 2 finalists.

I'm typing on my Acer Predator.

It's very similar to what you listed but with 256GB SSD (I find 128GB to be light.) And it's the 17 inch model since at 1080p that's too small text for me. My Acer Predator is now 1 year old and no real problems.

While AMD fans may not like it, I've been on those calls where something doesn't quite fly on the AMD. Yes, it's not supposed to matter today, IRL it still happens.

I shared the links so you can see where the performance diffs are but then the SSD makes the non-SSD model not so joyful to use.

-> Another small but to me important item. I've had my Acer Predator a year and I use it for hours a day as it's my work and everything machine. The keyboard is not showing the wear that my Asus ROG did. My son wore out 3 keyboards over 5 years on his ROG. At 100 a pop, you don't want to change them that often.
