Search Project mgt soft with skill based resource delagation

Hello all please help,

In Search of a project management software with automatic resource delegation based on resource skill.

I need to be able to set up a project from a template with a set of tasks needing to be completed, some needing to precede others. All tasks will be set with the resources needed. Resource types should include a fixed resource and a human resource. the human resource will be a listing of skills needed for the task. In a separate area i must be able to list each person with their corresponding skills.

The software will based on a set calendar and will delegate resources in accordance with all the above as to complete in the quickest amount of time.

Example project:
1.Print document - needs printer and person who can print
2. simultaneously staple document - needs stapler and person who can staple

if dave can print and staple and joe can just staple, the people should be allocated as dave printing and joe stapling.

I will also need the functionality to overlap projects and allocate resources according the the whole picture of all projects.

I have played with <span id="INSERTION_MARKER">gantter.com, and really enjoy the ease of use of the UI, but it lacks overlapping projects and skill based resource delegation.

Any suggestions would be a great help, i've been scouring the web and nothing is really glaring at me.

It's been years since we looked at this area but it was custom, lots of support and 6 figures a year.

If you find what you asked, do tell folk what it costs.

Why do you need to complicate easy things? Just use a project management software to control all your projects, resources and budget at once! Life is easier than you think.

I see you are calling the OP on complicating things but here you are, with just another project management offer and it looks like spam.
