The information Site Advisor has is minimal, with no details regarding their red flag on the product's website, so I would not put too much stock in the rating. Still, I would be hesitant to purchase the product since nearly every significant entry I found about it fell unto the promotion category...very little unbiased third-party information.
As to its presence on CNET, it was available through download.com a few years ago while at version 1.0, but has not been listed since. Whether that was due to the developer removing the listing or CNET deleting it I cannot say.
It's not much to go on, but I hope it helps nevertheless.

Hi,
Does anybody know anything about a program/s called Search Automator 3 or Search Automator Force?
According to certain blogs Search Automator was available through Cnet.com but I can find no reference to it now on Cnet.
The reason I ask is that when I Google Search Automator McAfee site advisor warns against visiting the site.
The author of the program says he has contacted McAfee on a number of occasions who make the changes only for the dreaded red cross to come back.
Can you offer any information please?
Thank you
