Wait, I have a question.

I let a buddy use my NTFS drive on a current Mac OSX and it worked without such additional software.

I wonder if said Paragon is now obsolete and have subscribed to hear more.

Seagate GoFlex Paragon Activation?
Sep 25, 2011 10:18AM PDT

My challenge is that I bought a CNET endorsed product that does not function. I will call Seagate, but does anyone have experience with this drive and how to get past the activation endless loop? Thanks

As you have mentioned,

your best course of action would be to call Seagate and/or Paragon

But support is from the makers. What's clear to me is that for most, it works. When it doesn't work some folk will dis everyone.

Once they get past that, they make the calls or use something else.
