SD card Minolta DiMAGE Z10's built-in 8x optical Mega Zoom

I just bought this camera on-line and choose it because I thought it would take my CompactFlash card and I wouldn't have to buy new ones.

In the package was a 16MB SD Card. I didn't understand that SD didn't mean SanDisk. Does SD mean it's the smallest size card (not memory) and I should of looked for compact flash card. I understand that the new cameras seem to be using the SD card.

What is the most ideal memory MG, GB, in reg speed or MegaSpeed card to buy. On trips I will take lots of pictures maybe 200 or so. I've listed some that are shown on Cnet's recommended stores and cost more than the camera.

1GB Secure Digital, SD Memory Card
1GB Secure Digital, MegaSpeed SD Memory Card
128MB Secure Digital, MegaSpeed SD Memory Card
128MB Secure Digital, SD Memory Card
256MB Secure Digital, MegaSpeed SD Memory Card
2GB Secure Digital, MegaSpeed SD Memory Card
512MB Secure Digital, MegaSpeed SD Memory Card

GBs are the highest memory, hold the most pictures, and usually are the fastest. Then it goes 512 MB, 256 MB, and 128 MB. As the memory increases, the price increases. If you are planning on taking lots of pictures I would recommend a 256 MB or 512 MB. Megaspeed basically means that it can process the images more quickly. If you are at a sporting event and you don't want to miss the next shot, you won't have to wait for your camera to process the image. Once again, MegaSpeeds are more expensive than the regular memory card of that size.
