SD Card

by strukol / July 16, 2005 7:25 AM PDT

Hello All

I have a Konica/Minolta Dimage Z5 and I have just bought a new SD card for it. The problem is that the camera will not recognise the card; It just says "System Error" and switches itself off. Is there anything I can do to get my camera to work with the card? By the way, I tried this card in a PC and it works perfectly well.

Regards

Strukol

So I assume you have a card reader on the PC.

Use the computer to remove all files and folders from the SD card.
Then try the card in the camera.

If the camera accepts the card:
Format the card with the camera and it should be good to go.
