You may be repeating all those prior "How do I install Windows?" questions. I know you want to keep all details private but no PC means I must be generic in my answer.
1. Install Windows (done)
2. Install motherboard chipset driver package.
3. Install Sound, Video, LAN and WiFi drivers.
4. Install the app that turns on WiFi. Now this varies with each model. Dell uses Quickset, some use nothing. Your machine so you know what to do now.
