scrolling creative muvo tx fm 512

I recently purchased a muvo tx, and I am having trouble figuring out how to scroll. I tried to get it to set up my fm stations, but now it keeps telling me no stations have been set up.

Now I can't get back to the selection that allows me to play the netlibrary cd I downloaded to the player.

Can anyone help me figure out how to navigate the muvo? It seems as though it would be the right player for me, if only I can learn how to get around in it.
