I just got a new Vista Home Premium desktop and put Office Home/Student (Word, Excel, PowerPoint which I never use, OneNote) 2007 on it. The scroll wheel works in Word and Excel but does not work in OneNote. What gives.
I am using the Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 and downloaded the latest drivers and still nothing. Argh! I had an easier time getting the TrackPoint for my new accompanying ThinkPad X61 laptop to do scrolling -- at least there it seemed to be a known issue and I found a solution after Googling around. But I can't find seem to find anything for this problem.
