Scripts

I recently upgraded Quicken to 2005 and every time I open it, it wants me to register, which usually would be no problem. Now I receive this message: "An error has occurred in the script on this page. Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?" When I hit yes, it keeps coming back asking the same thing. When I hit no, it also does the same thing. Nothing comes up on the page. I am running XP on a Gateway computer. Any suggestions on how I can register? Thanks for any help.

you will need to call Intuit. i think that your version of IE needs updating or it needs changes in the security settings. only Intuit will know for sure.

I just updated IE to SP2. I don't understand why to contact Intuit. Can you explain that to me?

Intuit makes Quicken and they know what the registration script is trying to do and what IE settings affect the ability to run the script.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
