Is this a picture in a stationary?
by Marianna Schmudlach / March 26, 2004 1:12 AM PST
In reply to: Re:

Just a thought ! If it is a picture in a stationary - it is NOT your fault - but the one who wrote the script.

If not a stationary - you could try to REPAIR IE 6.

If it is an Outlook Express stationery it has a script in it - you can see it by clicking on "view" > source edit. Then at the bottom you "see" Edit - source - preview. By clicking on "source" you can see the script.

I also saw you mentioned URL mhtml:mid//00000043
something must have been changed in the original script.

Just noting the Incredimail connection.
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / March 26, 2004 1:29 AM PST
In reply to: Re:

Incredimail created email might not be compatible with all versions of email readers. Most specifically, someone seems to be noting that embedding a MIDI in an email may provoke a script in some versions of OE.

No fix is noted, but at least we can see the code is not working.

Script Error
by Lyn Layton / March 26, 2004 11:10 AM PST
In reply to: Re:

Are all these messages coming to you from the same person? It looks as if someone tried to format .eml (OE stationery) with background music and did not write the script correctly. Try Marianna's suggestion to visit Bill Scott's website.
