Screwed By Alltel

Got a phone about a year ago,starting having problem with my phone six months later,Alltel replaced it with a refurbished phone to replaced my new phone,yes i said a refurbished phone for a new phone,but anyways around nov 1 2007 i was experiecing a problem with my 2nd phone and i went to Alltel in battlecreek ,Mi.,They were polite and issued out my 3rd phone.,i received my 3rd phone about the middle of feb 2008, the day i received it it won't activate to my phone number,i called Alltel's Customer Service and talked to a lady there,i told her this was my 3rd phone and i wasn't happy with it,i'd like to have a different phone.,she said she would have to talk to a supervisor and i said ok,20 minutes had pass and she came back and told me the battllecreek office shouldn't of issue me my 3rd phone because my warranty for the phone for the company lg was over at feb 3rd,i told them to stick the phone up there ***,she told me to contact the battlecreek office to see what they could do,i did they were very polite in trying to find a way around it but it didn't work,i was screwed,so if you are a Alltel Customer,Get insurance on your phone,if not you will get ******
