Screensaver spontaneously comes up bug

Wondering if anyone has come across this. Thus user's screensaver spontaneously comes up while typing. She's working on a new MacBook Pro 13" and has an external 20" HP display. Laptop is closed. Screen saver is set a 'Never'. Energy Saver is set a 'Never' for both, Computer and Display sleep. User thinks that it 'seems' to happen while working on Entourage.
Again, she'd be typing and the screen server would just come up. Of course clicking a couple of times on any key brings the computer back to there it was, but it's terribly annoying.

Please let me know if anyone encountered this before.

Thanks all!

Is it possible that the monitor

has its own screen saver built into it?

Hot Corners

Screensaver could have a Hot Corner set in the System Preferences so mouse position could trigger it.

Quickkeys

Also a 3rd party app like QuickKeys could be providing a keyboard shortcut for starting the screensaver.
