I was wondering if there was any kind of application that could play a screensaver as a wallpaper.
I found some programs that play videos as wallpapers but they didn't work very properly...

desktop wallpapers is a program you can download for this very purpose that seems to be pretty popular
I'm very happy to hear that you found a program, but i can't find a download site.
By tiping "desktop wallpapers" on google or on yahoo, you can image what i get, and i din't find the app on downloads.com.

Are you sure that this program can set a screensaver as an animated wallpaper?
It seems to me that its only purpose is to organise your pictures and screensavers.

Since your screensaver was OpenGl this precluded this one (fluffy?) from being used in such a fashion.

also you can dowload "sqirl morph" it is a free program that can take jpeg's and other image files and morph them together into avi, flash and gif images i have taken several jpeg's and put them together to do just what you want make an animated desktop wallpaper since i don't like to use screen savers but i do like my wallpaper to change and i am sure there are other programs that will cycle wallpapers but sqirl morph is really cool try it
