With so few details to go on, my initial thought is that somehow or another you lowered the resolution on the laptop. Maybe at one point you tried reinstalling the OS and didn't install any video drivers or something else happened. Regardless, I would start by figuring out the maximum (or native) resolution of your laptop's display and make sure that it matches what you see in the display resolution properties. If they match, odds are your computer is simply too old and there will be no easy solutions to the problem because the issue is that web developers are now making assumptions about computers which do not hold true for you.
No matter what i try and watch only 2/3 shows up, using lower slide bar i must slide to right to see balance and back and forth to fill forms, etc. and so on.
Also i must be careful not to move mouse down too far, then the task bar with start go's on and i have to go up and back down. I know I must have done something myself, as it wasn't this way for years on this 2005 Gateway laptop.
I am old and tired, and finally tired of this, just seeing the whole screen within the frame would really help.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help, this is first time on a forum, and been on computer's since 1995.
